Bottom line is.........as long as the buyer and seller are satisfied with the exchange it's a good sale. A couple years ago, I'd have been all over these 25's, but my stable is just full. I've never dealt with James and wouldn't have any problem dealing with him or anyone.............................because, I assume every rig is a total POS and every seller has an agenda............so it's pretty easy to keep an open mind. Buying a 40+ year old rig is a hella lot different than picking up a used car.......you better be doing your homework and know what you're getting into.

Not comparing James to anyone....................But as an example, I would have bought the 25 hardtop from Vintage Off Road had we agreed on a price before _________ bought it. I knew what it was, what it was worth to me, and Vintage did not. And yes, I had done my homework on the guy and wouldn't have gotten ripped off.

But this is chat, and my rambling, and doesn't belong in this thread.:rolleyes:
