My LX450 is not the first 80 I've owned. Back in 1998 I purchased an immaculate '93 TLC from its original owner. My wife had just put her career on hold to stay at home and raise our children and I knew this would be the perfect family car. We kept it for over 7 years and it never let us down. I ended up selling it to a coworker who replaced his 60 with it. He relocated to Vegas with the same company and we lost touch. When I found IH8MUD, I thought I would someday see this 80 again and have looked through the 80 series registry more than once hoping to find it. Well, I accidently found my old coworker yesterday while browsing through the chitchat section. He informed me that he sold the 80 to someone here on MUD and I knew immediately which cruiser he was talking about. I often wondered if it could be my old one because it was the same year, 93 and same color, red pearl, and it was in vegas. It has changed a little bit since my wife was hauling the kids with it, don't you think?
