Here is some pictures of the Trac bar. I need to go grab some more steel to add some brace's in between. Ruffstuff kit by the way, BEEFY!

Got the front springs put back together, added a support bar on the Trac bar. Got the front springs and axle back under the 60, need to weld up the Marlin gussets-shock mounts.

Welded up the Marlin gussets, now need to pull it apart for paint. Also started on pulling out the stock rear frame stiffeners to get ready for the Trail Tailer stiffener.

Drove up to visit Valley Hybrids this week. Georg got Brooks T case rebuilt, Dominic took care of lunch and I cleaned bolts we had a Great time. Nothing beats an extreme short turn around road trip LOL Thanks Georg @orangefj45

If you mentioned it, I apologize, but what if anything did you do for housing warpage? I want to do a cut & turn and other mods some day, but worry about the heat. I admire your jump in and get at it attitude.

Yea i am hoping we didn't warp anything. That's a question for somebody else, like Georg @orangefj45 or Andy @Cruiserdrew they would know.

That's what I run with my 37s. If I didn't have an H41, I'd run 4.88s.

We opted for 4.56s since the Tcase has the 4;1 gear set with the 10% underdrive in high range.

Welding the perches and extra braces to the housing won't warp it as long as it's done right.
