That was you wasn't it? You know I have thought several times I should have asked you to take a picture. That last part of Kane Creek was a bitch up that ridge.

Can't even notivce anything from the slight bumper damage from Moab. Order matching spray paint, adjusted the supports and you can't even tell there is an problem. Thats because its all plastic. If it happened a few inches higher on the metal . . . .

To me, thats a good reason to keep on the cladding

I did not spot you thru that crap. The same guy that "stuck" my front bumper in the base of the waterfall "helped" you...

We would have been better off alone (except for Mark)....:D

As of about an hour ago, I am now the proud new owner of a 1997 LX450, locked, 100K mile, Lexus serviced, super clean truck!

Let the modding begin!

Yay me! :grinpimp:

Congratulations - :flipoff2:

How were the guys at VanderHeyden? I looked at a car or two there.

Edit: Response to Dans post

Your right. I know you didn't spot me. You were behind me. That guy stood there and then that Bike rider didn't want to move. He waited until the scrape and then went stop. Dooh!

I WANT TO STATE FOR THE RECORD THAT DAN DID NOT SPOT ME OR I WOULD HAVE MISSED THAT BLIIPING ROCK, OR HE WOULD HAVE ASKED THE BIKE RIDER TO MOVE SO I COULD HAVE USED THE BETTER LINE.

Just wanted to state it clearly. Some folks may not appreciate good hearted ribbing between friends :bounce:

I was not at all upset by your statement my dear friend. I was merely pointing out that both of us got porked on that trail......:D

Next time we leave the rif-raff behind.....:D

I delt with Brian, the owner. He was very no-nonsense and didn't screw around. He also said right off the bat that he wasn't going to move on the price. He did move but really just a token amount. He did work with me on my trade and I ended up happy with the deal. I'd work with him again.

Thanks. He does seem to have nice cars.

good looking rig almost to pretty to take out on the trail :princess:

congrats on the good looking truck and welcome aboard :flipoff2:

Well I just got back from the Lexus dealership where the car was serviced it's life and got a printout of the service records. From it's 1st oil change to the last oil change 800 miles ago, it appears to have been almost exclusively serviced by Lexus. There is a small break between the 30k mile check and the 45k mile check where they must have gotten oil changes elsewhere, but for the most part the truck even got windshield wipers and tires done by the dealer....

Peebles, you're right! It's almost too cherry to take to the trails ... ALMOST! ;)
