Yes. It looks like the PO used some type of solvent or sand paper or something. Just a spot, but it's in front of the fuel gauge and drives me crazy.

I broke apart mine taking out the cluster for the diff lock bulb install, one frantic phone call later and less than $25.00 and I was set up good as new.
I think it was a combination of age, sun exposure and extreme cold. It cracked on a very cold night. I don't think it could have been prevented indefinitely.

Dan what about a good used dash pad? Seams like there ought to be a few out there in the 93-94 years in good shape. Might be able to save some for that way off valve grind, 136mils young!
Still have yet to own an 80 with a working D light. All three I have had, no go with the light. The LX I picked up in November, everything was perfect all but that one bulb! (93K) They will make to the top of the list some day, but too much other stuff for now between the two trucks.
Good luck with the pad R&R, that can’t be fun. Will have to share that on the PHH scale of challenging chores I would imagine.
Actually, Dan was in his rig looking out and his wife stepped out of the garage and noticed his new Slee bumper he bought while she was out of town. She looked up with those wife eyes (Those who are married know what I am talking about) and laser singed the dash making a crack.
I replaced the drive light you sent--when I got it all back together the "N" and "OD" light didn't work Maybe some day somebody will take all the Toyota part numbers and match them to the correct lights-- I still have a pile of extra lights......... Have fun
