Had an EC Off-road head unit installed so I can access car play and now my high beams won’t stay on unless the lights are turned on. If they are in auto mode the high beams will turn on when I pull the stick back but not when it’s pressed forward. The interior lights for the temperature control also won’t turn on in auto mode.
I assume this is the result of some missed wiring when the EC unit was installed but wanted to see if those wires are also in the head unit…or if installing the EC shouldn’t impact the lighting because the wires / connections are located elsewhere. I figure I’ll call the place that installed the EC unit and have them go back and check everything / fix it but wanted to solicit thoughts before I do.
