Is this an 80 Series pulling the Google Street View car out of the mud?

Snorkel is on the wrong side. I'm willing to bet it's a Nissan Patrol, but I could be wrong.

What side are the diesel 80 series snorkels? Same?

Same side as the gasser 80s. USPS (U.S. passenger side)

Definitely not a Cruiser. Sweet-looking rig though.

Speaking of Google, I may be the only Mud member whose 80 is on Street View. Just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

You're not the only one! ;):)

Ours is moving. My wife was pulling in home and it's a series of pictures of her pulling into the drive and then the garage after stopping to consider the vehicle with the camera on top. Cool service.

NICE! Yes, that's got to be unique to you (and your wife).

Inspired by this thread, I found my old 60 sitting in front of my house, quite blurry on zoom, but I know what it is...

My 80 is also on Street View...quite surprisingly. How do you snap a picture of it? Ya'll just going to full screen then taking a screenshot?

I hit the print button on the google maps page, printed to onenote (instead of actual printer). Saved the note as a .JPG, cropped with irfan view, then attached to the post. I'm sure there is an easier way, I just don't know it.:D

Install google earth, the web street view has link on it to "view in google earth", once opened in GE zoom in to the field of vision you want, File -> Save -> save image.

Wow, you guys are complicated :flipoff2:

1. Find your 80 on Street View
2. Hit that little button at the top of your keyboard that says "Print Scr" (aka Print Screen)
3. Open Paint
4. Paste the picture (Ctrl-V) and edit as needed.

Much simpler. :D

Even simpler... go to the file menu, then save, then save image... or ctrl+alt+s

And my girl's car is on streetview (also on the normal view by the way)
