Long story short... my fam went on a "test" trip in the 80 with moderate wheeling and after a list of surgeries my wife's head couldn't deal with the angle changes from the trip.

I've realized my prized 80 is not going to get used so I've decided to sell the Lx470 and LC80 and step up to the LC200.

On top of that my wife started a new job and gets a company car tomorrow so I put our 2019 Camey XSE with 1,600 miles up for sale.

My 80 is heavily modified - link to build in sig.

Is the 200 series market big enough I could trade my 80 or should I trade the Camry in on a 200 and sell the 80 and LX470?

I basically have 3 vehicles and want a 200 - how would you consolidate?

I agree that your best bet is to sell the 80 here or on another enthusiast website where you have a focused market. Dealers won't want to take in a highly modified vehicle due to liability.

Get ready to take it in the shorts when you trade in the Camry.

Sell your 80 on Mud. You'll get more interest and $$$ for a properly modified rig.
Actually, I used to believe this, but my experience selling the 62 and the coveted CA-plated HDJ-81 was that you get a lot of talk on Mud but Craigslist sells. Really.

I've had better success on mud. Hell, FB marketplace works 10x better than Craigslist these days. I hardly look at CL after they started charging. Good stuff rarely pops up now.

Good point; I'm watching FB Marketplace a lot more now too. With Craigslist I've been surprised how things get out there. When I sold those other Cruisers on Craigslist, both buyers were distant. One flew in. Interesting.

With searchtempest et al, it is easy to do a national CL search. FB Marketplace is slowly getting better. My marketplace always opens full of available Cruisers across the country.
