Does anyone know if it comes with good instructions on connecting turn signals and fog lights to the factory wiring?

Resources section has the different years for the Electrical Wiring Diagrams EWD to lay out wire color. I just installed an ARB and the fog lights tell their polarity but not the vehicles. ARB B/W is + and black is -. 99 cruiser red/green was power and black/white was negative. I am sure each year is different.
