At least one of those quarter panels is kaput and you'd probably want
to source another one even if it needed some body work.
The fiberglass top itself though looks in pretty good shape and I'd definitely keep that.

Dayton/Clayton area.
The new shoes are getting put on as I type. Oil change, brake fluid, spark plugs, radiator flush/fill as well.
Nice, that will be a lot of fun to have up and running fresh again.
