The best overall rack in my opinion, definitely interested.

been out in the woods for some weeks, away from the computer and wanted to check and see if any progress has been made?? thanks again..

If this doesn't pan out, would you guys oppose buying racks that were duplicates made here in the states?

Reason why i say, is that we just fully rebuilt my INTI and re-powder coated it. Made it like new, and its not that hard to make. I was thinking of maybe producing 5 or 10 to start. But i would need deposits first before we start anything.

Just throwing it out there. Don't mean to hi-jack.. cause if the OP can get them from South America i think that's terrific and an easy choice.

I would say show us a built ground up rack with some usage before deposit.

Yes, that goes without saying. And obviously field testing would be necessary. Just trying to provide something you cannot buy here in the states and we wouldn't mass produce nor would i try and get rich off them. Just a simple, we can make them, i have one and we can fill the that void. I also would be shelling out my own money for materials/labor to get them built.. which would way outweigh your deposits, lets say if i made an initial 10 racks. Im just not making them on a whim is all. I would want serious folks only.

Anyways, i'll step away and let this thread go back to its OP's deal. Like i said, i don't want to hi-jack and this would be a last resort for sure.

Cool, Start a new thread or soemthing and let us know. Wasn't trying to be brash about the deposit. I'll put my input and wants in the new thread ;)

I'd hardly worry about hi-jacking, it looks as though this tread is abandoned!

I would be into a group build/purchase, I was going to knock one off if I couldn't buy one, or just buy a different brand rack anyway. I just like the INTI rack's versatility. If I were to build one I have tons of thin wall exchanger tubing in my shop for that project if need be, though I would much rather make one out of aluminum.

If someone were to decide to start knocking them off I'd be in and would be prepared to pay for the person's time and effort in addition to the materials. I don't think that importing them from South America would be more economical anyway - one of the complaints I've heard about the INTI rack is the cost.

Inti racks

I don't know how much it would be to make them in the US, they are made out of mostly of aluminum and the weight is aprox 50 kg. I'll be honest with you all. The cost of the Inti rack delivered @ Weston / Florida, is around the $ 800,00 to $ 900,00. I'll make 10% out of the cost.

Who is interested in buying? Give me your location to estimate the delivery also and see if it can be delivered directly from Venezuela. If we make a considerable purchase, they should give us a better price.

I'm buying one for me, as I said previously, I had 2 and they are worth the money.

I'd be interested, I live near Vancouver BC, but would ship it to Sumas Washington and import it into Canada myself, or if it were to ship from Venezuela then I guess I could have it shipped to me directly. Do you have a contact in Venezuela?

INterested to 92585

still interested lol.

shipping to either 89408 or 94536. Whichever would end up being cheaper.

What was the final price on these?

racks prices

Still don't have the exact price, we need to check the sizes and weight of the rack with the packaging to deal with the transportation.

As soon as I have exact price I'll let you know.
