I'm not positive about the 100 series (because I haven't read the entire brake section yet), but the 80 series spec is 9-lb·ft on the fittings and bleed screws, and the fittings are supposed to be lubricated with brake fluid prior to assembly. I can't imagine the 100 series, at least the 1st gen, is any different.

FWIW, I gave up using my 30-year old Craftsman line wrenches because they were too loose on the hexes (+0.007-in). I bought a Proto line crowsfoot, hoping it would be better, and it is even looser (+0.011-in). The best fit I have on OEM fittings is with my Gearwrench combination ratcheting 10-mm wrench (+0.004-in).
