Hey everyone,

After 30 years of collecting Land Cruiser photography, I’ve finally launched

www.InLowGear.com

Some images are from my own travels through North and South America, while others have been sent by friends from around the world—an HJ47 high top troop carrier in Colorado, an LX42 in the Australian Outback, FJ43s deep in jungles, and weathered FJ40s that look like they’ve been part of the Alaskan wilderness for centuries. This collection primarily focuses on the 40 series Land Cruiser though I do have some cool shots of other Cruisers, such as the 70 series.

Friends have been telling me for years to put these images on apparel, so here we are.

I currently have puzzles, coffee mugs, calendars, and greeting cards available, and I’m planning to add T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, and hats, etc. It’s a small lineup right now as I’m testing interest before expanding. I’ve also started two additional collections: “The Scenic Route” and “Hard Rock Mining.” These feature images captured during Cruiser adventures—two-lane highways, horses in the country, mining structures, and other scenes from the road that aren’t necessarily Land Cruiser-focused but capture the spirit of the journey.

This is a weekend side project for me alongside my full-time job, so I’m starting small. I’m open to custom orders as long as they can become part of the store inventory, though I do not want to take away from other vendors in this community.

Feel free to use this thread to chat about items in the store or ideas that you have.

add a link to your website in your post. thanks for sharing your travels in creative ways. Maybe stickers too?

Awesome Mike! Already been browsing. Love supporting things like this.

Anything SW Colorado trails/scenery is a win in our house.

Add stickers for sure!! =)
Thanks! It looks like I will need to bump stickers to the top of the list. The funny thing is that I have a few sticker designs mocked up in draft and I put those to the side as I didn’t think that they would be popular.

What sort of stickers would you recommend? Something with my logo or something more like a picture of a Cruiser on a trail?

I have many pictures in SW CO and my dad said that I could finally go through his collection of photos and negatives to help him digitize the collection. Here are a few that I found so far and I think that these might look good with some tweaks, such as removing the people.
