not critizing, just some heads up...
once you have the height confirmed that you want then may i suggestwelding new blocks and a peice of conveyor belt between the aluminum and the steel frame?

Ya, I'll get around to it sometime, not on the list of priorities right now. I already have the materials, just no time to throw them together.

Have fun on your ride this weekend, I'll post some of my trip.

Post up some pics!

:)

I dont want to drop them, there is only about 6 inches or less of travel when I have my gear on the truck. The springs have worked in nicely since I removed the 3 leafs. Or, I might just put one leaf back in.

what i suggest is custom shackles and drop the bumpstops till the tire just clears the bed... you will not need much of a drop at all, less than what you might picture...

I'll mess with it after the ARB install, will drive it on a ramp and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestions.

Hi Ishobie

May I ask how you imported your HZJ79 to Canada? I'm planning to import my HZJ76, but there's a law prohibiting import of vehicles 1992 onwards.

Thanks.

Mate, about 135-139 a litre in the city, up in the hills where I was wheeling it was 155/ltre. Just about killed me.
