are those rims available from slee?

I was wondering if you use the truck for a DD and how the rims run in the city and on the highway? I have been looking at new rims and I really like these ones.

Thanks

Thats funny I have been looking for rims and my wife did like any of the one that i was looking at, but she really likes these ones!

We'll see if they (:princess:) approve of the pricetag on these rims.

at a price of $500~$600 each, you had REALLY better love the look or need the functionality of $2,500 plus in rims...

that said, they are bad ass and I need a set :D

EDIT!!! DOH! christo beat me to it :)

well I did say it was going to run around 2300 so I was close? I was just wondering how well they do on a DD, that is the only thing I am concerned about. Any opinions? And ya I know that it will be over kill on a DD.

These rims are great for a daily driver. Overkill, heck yes but I was told I couldn't run steel rims on my 80. I have to admit, that was good advise. The tire wheel combination of the 35x12.5x17 Toyo Open Country MT and the Hutchinson is 143lbs mounted.

143#!?!!

wow, you know what still worth it.

So this wheel/tire combo or S/C? Hmm, decisions.

Would I run into any problems running the same set up on 92HDJ81?

Sweet

most excellent!

I'm curios as to why you said someone said that you couldn't run steel wheel on an 80. Why is this?

Sorry for hijacking but I'm running steelies on my rig and now I'm worried!

Nothing to worry about, steel wheels are fine. The only disadvantage is the weight and there are a lot of advantages, primarily durability.

The standard wheels on the 80-Series are steel wheels though very few that were sold in the North American market had the factory steelies.
