Yep we two days Saturday and Sunday...found some decent runs, might be able to put together a decent run up here in Nanaimo this summer..

We might head up to Arrowsmith and have a look around for some trails..

Local club was up Arrowsmith, one buggy jeep with 43s double locked linked both ends, probably not a trail for the club.

Rob is having a time! Did a Friday night run to Dumont and back to the man cave for some woodstove cooking and beer and a few Caesars life is good

Then there was Saturday night wheeling...should of got a video of me clawing myself through a very deep Ih8mud hole...for sure thought I was gonna pull cable..

Saturday morning, Jim showed up ready to help put my cruiser back into wheeling form...four rear drive shaft bolts had loosened right off, made for a bad vibration:doh: then Jim dumped my milky white diff fluid and we were back on the road....

Jim used a cruisr rim to reflect heat back into the chicken, more even cooking...Of course there was tenderising of the chicken and Jim informed me this was an loggers technique.

Thanks for the help Jim..

Yeah, the name escapes me right now. Been there lots of times on ATV. I'm glad you're driving all around
there, I keep getting lost up there. Sidewinders aren't rich, just a different way of doing it.

Nother weekend, nother great day... we found what might be some great secret spot by the river, need to go back with a chain saw and have a better look... found a crossing prolly 37 inch tire friendly with lockers...

Jimbro and myself met up with old school Nanaimo folks with their kids...good times..

First pic of Jimbro trying to roll a rock into the river slash bridge crossing we want to try another time.

Ya Nick we are scoping out some areas around the Nanaimo lakes area, mainly the last lake....Jim thinks there is a connection through the valley to Port Alberni..

We tried to make our way around the back side of 4th lake, looks like it has not been traveled for many years..
