how to get pics from my album to a thread

can anybody tell me how to get pics on a tread? my whole url will not show up in the window. please how can i get them up?

In Firefox:

• Open album.
• Select picture.
• Right click on picture,
• Select "Copy Image Location."
• Go to your new thread.
• Select "Go Advanced."
• Click on the yellow icon with the mountains and sun/moon.
• Edit/Paste in the edit window.

This should put tags around your picture URL.

Alternative, that works if you have MS Exploder (and Firefox too).

• Open album.
• Select picture.
• Underneath the picture there is a box that says "BB Code."
• Highlight text.
• Edit/copy.
• Go to your thread.
• Edit/paste.

Simple deal.

New user, and I have found in the FAQ how to post picutres, etc but I can't even find a place to create an album in my User CP...and I not a spaz with computers...usually.
