Only one (32941-60190) was NLA, and someone else on here (@Malleus) identified a workable replacement (32941-60280).
Just installed all these hoses and looks like this substitute is really about an inch or two short. To be clear: it reaches, but it has a really tight bend at the radiator. Will snap a pic.

Also this is WITHOUT the little support bracket that holds that line (mine is missing), which would exacerbate the issue.

Anyone have that part # handy? Reviewing Partsouq diagrams now.

a bit too short for my liking. Trying some 3/8" ID trans cooler hose. As noted elsewhere, 10 mm metric is not readily available.

That doesn't look like the Toyota part I have...it's not braided, and I don't know of any that are. I'm afraid you will be unsatisfied with SAE...I tried that first and it weeps. Probably not enough to kill a transmission, but it does make a mess on the floor under the truck – and all over the lower engine.

Hmm. It only has that braided cover on about half the length of the hose... 32941-60280 is definitely the part I ordered and was on the bag. See screenshot of Impex order post #18 above.

I don't want to use the SAE either but don't know another option besides buying a bulk roll of metric online...

I found another thread that recommended 32941-60290, that is supposed to be 1" longer...

First thought: make sure they're selling you Toyota parts. I had Dave Stedman grab a length of bulk hose from a parts store and it looks just like what you have pictured.
Second thought: ...don't have one. I'm still looking for bulk metric hose too. I don't know why we can't buy it from our neighbors; they both use metric crap.

Check out this new pic...this is def. not bulk hose. It has multiple components (braid over the hose, crimps at end of braid). Also, I ordered it from Impex Japan and it came in the Toyota baggy; not sure how I can verify further...?

Post a a pic of yours to see if maybe something changed.

EDIT: BTW not casting any blame at all. Hope it's not coming across that way. 👍🏼

i just noticed that cruiserpatch is selling complete kits and this is the substitute hose that he lists as well. i was able to find it on partsouq for 50 bucks shipped. it says it is listed for a 2002-2007 100 series. ill report back with fitment when it comes in.

Ah, good detective work. Of course @cruiserpatch has the scoop on this. Should have known! SMH

In the event it doesn’t fit…who is Cruiser Patch? 😂🍻

But seriously let me know if it doesn’t fit. I’ve sold lots of these kits without any complaints so far- odds are it should work

That's an aftermarket radiator, correct? Are the fittings in a different location than stock?

Good catch, yes its the CSF 7207. Assume the inlets/outlets are in the same location, but I can measure the distance between the ports on this one, if someone can do the same on an OE one, to see if that could affect it.

I'm also going to remove and measure the 32941-60280 hose to get its actual length. Am curious the lengths of 32941-60190 (original, NLA. I don't have mine) and 32941-60290 (other alternative mentioned) too.

CSF 7207 trans cooler ports are 15.25" center-to-center.

32941-60280 is just shy of 20" long.

Using 25" of replacement Gates 3/8" transmission cooler hose (5/8" OD). Also using 5/8" clamps, instead of OE.

Could probably get away with an even 2ft for bulk purchases. But that little support arm I'm missing might dictate different.

i wanted your kit but it wasnt in stock and unfortunately i needed it quickly

That little bracket arm mentioned in post 23 above that I thought I was missing is only on the 03+ 5-speed trucks. The 98-02 use a plastic clip. Thus the reason a plastic clip was all I could see in Partsouq diagram. :bag:

Has anyone added that bracket or could provide a better pic of it? Per AI chatbot, there mounting hole is on the 98-02 trucks.

The alternative hose mentioned above works perfect and is the perfect length. The only difference is the small section of rubber vibration guard, which I simply swapped from the old hose to the new. Here is the PN and you’ll need two of the clamps as well.
