Front diff centre back in, nearly ready for knuckles
 
Centred up the knuckles today and set trunion preload. Got the short axle in maybe a half day from getting the front end back on the chassis, progress !

Nice work Punter!.....That tool your using to setup the front end, is it genuine Toyota or did you have it made?

Borrowed it from a local 4WD place. You put $300 on your CC and they refund it when you return the tool. I took them 6 Coronas for their trouble, as you do!
 
yeah the tabs should be facing toward the inside so the springs cant invert, the tab should be coming in contact with the bottom of the frame/chassis to stop the shackle from inverting

Cheers mate, it's getting there. Still thinking about ordering a flat pitman arm as I'm not convinced on spring clearance. Off to buy new rotors this week
