'95 with 182,000 miles. Very little maintenance by PO's over its lifetime. Just replaced the original wires, distributor cap and rotor. Would have replaced the original shocks too if I could have gotten the #$%$ bolts off.
 
1997 with 130k miles and all original parts and regular maintenance. No issues yet, but I just jinx'd myself!
 
97 w/ 660k, i mean 66k miles... He He.
 
93 w/170k no issues.......ever

94 w/145k still undoing PO's shoddy work......

Had head gasket replaced and some machine work on the head at 212k now at 214k.
Gotta love the 3FE.

Hi there from Iceland. My frend has a 93 1HD-T diesel with 520.000.kilometers on it, normal maintanance. It had about 130.000km when he got it.:flipoff2: Beat that.
 
My cruiser is below average I guess

97' with 164k. Just regular PM, if you consider having it rebuilt at 124k and then having the headgasket re-replaced at 140k. Not all Landcruisers can be above average.
 
;) 176K: abnormal maintenance (well, not as abnormal as IDoug's....:flipoff2: ), no HG issues, engine runs fine. Though I granny the s*** out of it.

Replaced the following (all OEM unless stated other wise):

1. Alternator
2. Starter
3. Battery
4. All suspension bushings
5. O2's
6. Cat. back pipe/muffler
7. fan clutch
8. belts
9. 2 birf jobs
10. 2 rear axle jobs
11. pads and rotors (x2)
12. air intake
13. relay/tie rod/TRE's
14. exhaust manifolds
15. lots of nuts and bolts
16. front winshield
17. Fuel filter
18. PHH
19. Radiator cap
20. Thermostat
21. Two full tune ups
22. some fuses here and there (not OEM)
23. Shift Lock solenoid
24. rebuilt front and rear drive shafts.
25. Front and rear calipers.

Much of the above was mainly for s***s and giggles....seriously.

UPgrades:

New Front bumper
New Rear bumper
Dual batts.
Adjustable Panhards
Adjustable upper rears
OME springs/shocks
lower control arms

Got rid of:

LSPV
E-brake
Sway bars
ABS wires
Lots of BS bracketry.

Needs work:

Exhaust/cats.
slow, interminable drip at rear main
front output bearing/seal (xfer)

All of the work was done by me self, except for cat. back piping and muffler...and some other people helped too...
 
95 w/199k.
needs birfs, but still drives well for street only. The work on this rig has been done by my local mechanic and Mr. Beno.
Rebuilt front. All bearings and seals, rotor and brakes.
New brake pads on rear. Tie rods.
All fluids, antifreeze, oil, trans, brakes, diffs mainly M1 where possible.
All hoses, belts, cleaned EGR, plugs,wires, rad cap, new battery, master cylinder (po), phh, j deere lights, slee harness, oe shocks, resealed f/r and rear side windows, new spare tire (oe) assembly. rebuilt parking brake assembly, flushed/cleaned fuel injectors, replaced cat converts.Forgot...waterpump. New stereo with Dynamat....all over.

Knock on wood no HG.

sliders
HD steering link with new ends
roof rack with roof top tent
new stereo with headrest DVD screens (for the kids)

1991 - 229,240 mi. As of just barely walking outside and looking at the OD.


Major repairs: 5 new alternators. Don't ask.
 
Quit buying checker alternators......:flipoff2:

and BTW check out wasatch cruisers, quickly becoming more 80's than anything else.

hey guys new to this site,im way down in new zealand got me a 96 80`series with the 1hdft engine just ticked over 290,000kms and running sweet also got a mate with identical truck just done 320k AND a client that has a 2000 100 series(1hdfte) which has 485,000k`s on it,never spent a cent on it other than periodic maintenance

Have 139,000 replace plug wires, plugs, cap rotor, normal maintenance still going strong.
