So. Shot some temps and really only see a 5-7 degree drop at the line leaving the smaller aux cooler.. plumbing looks all correct but 7 degree drop going from two coolers sounds off. I noticed that the radiator has a 8in Long by 3in wide indentation in the radiator behind the ac condenser. I have a gut feeling that the radiator might be defective or something. May look into getting a replacement.
Personally? indents make me freak. Bent pins make me freak. If you don't have a real bent or DENT but just bent fins you can fin brush them out. If it is dented out of true on the plane? Replace. I would also recommend throwing in an aux cooler with a bit more meat. I went with the WAT cooler and bypassed the radiator loop (which I had to since I got a Koyorad rad).

Saw the Hayden 678 cooler. Do you have a link to the WAT cooler? I may bypass as well. Wouldn't be hard.

You can probably order the WAT cooler from Cruiser Brothers in Stockton, CA. They are the only US distributor of WAT components. I ordered my Nomad valve body from them. It's not listed on the Cruiser Brothers website.

However, their cooler is pretty expensive (I think around $400-500 AUD), and it's really easy to install a Hayden 678 for around $50 plus some steel flat stock (see my build thread). I have one and it dropped my trans temps by 30 degrees for most driving conditions. It can actually over-cool winter so I made a rubber flap that blocks off most of the airflow to it during the winter and allow the trans temperature to get up to 150F or so. I take the flap off outside of the winter.

A lower cost option would be a Denso OEM replacement radiator (around $200 on Rock Auto) and a Hayden 678. The OEM radiator also has the function of warming up the transmission fluid when it is cold out, which the Koyorad aluminum radiator won't have, so it would be over-cooled during winter driving without a way to get the transmission warmed up to operating temp.
