Are you referring to the Pisco Sour drink? I've been told that I HAVE to have one while I'm down here. It's been described as a Chilean version of a margaurita.

Is that what you're referring too?

On the schedule for tonight before heading out to an Argentian Steak House for dinner. Hotel we're at 'has the best Pisco Sour's in town' so to speak.

Coworker is an older lady...not my boss and not my wife! Wife would love to be down here too...perhaps on a future trip we'll be able to combine work for me and a little vacation afterward for the two of us.

You are right, they can't decide. From a Peruano - it's from Peru

Personally I prefer Peruvian pisco sour. It tastes better and is a bit stronger and drier.
