Heritage Edition wheel color in Prismatic Powder?

I am doing stock LX570 20” wheels in Highland Bronze or Maple Bronze by Prismatic powder coat.
Matte if a finish cost is needed.

Like many, I have been looking for something close to Heritage edition wheel color.

I don’t want anything too dark as it ends up, just looking like gunmetal which I’ve used in the past and do like.

To the same effect, I don’t want anything to light and gold colored. Funny as someone that doesn’t care that much about aesthetic when you start making decisions, it gets complicated.

I dropped the wheels off today, they have the large plastic centers, and the powder coat guy recommended not doing them because they were quite big. So there’s more chance of them warping. I’ll probably just spray them in black, or maybe gunmetal.

Going with 33 inch BFG KO3s

Let us know how they turn out 👌

Since no one above in this thread has the ability to come back and answer questions, I will.

I have recently acquired a set of 2018 LC 18" Wheels. I have ordered sample swatches from Prismatic Powders - Maple Bronze, Highland Bronze, Alpine Bronze and Matte Monaco Copper to hold up against the new Toyota HE Center Caps I recently bought.

Based on everything I've read between this thread and the other one, it appears that Maple Bronze might be the closest match. We'll see.

Once I get the swatches, I'll go to the power coater and have them prep and coat the LC wheels.... I'm putting them on my black LX570.

I will update!

I will show a pic later, but I can tell you that from on-the-shelf powders from Prismatic Powders, MAPLE BRONZE is the closest color match to the HE Wheels (at least the HE Wheel center caps). It's not 100%, but it's 90%+. The only other thing I know to do is send a center cap to Prismatic Powders and let them customize a color from their color matching process. I don't want to do that... it IS an option.

I dropped my 2018 LC Wheels off this morning at the powder coater and he is ordering the Maple Bronze. He said they should be ready Friday, but I expect them next Monday or so.

Well, no pics, but Prismatic Powder's Maple Bronze IS NOT THE CORRECT MATCH for the HE Bronze wheels.

Just left the powder coater and I'm having him re-blast the wheels and we are going with the Highland Bronze from Prismatic Powders. There were 3 people including me that thought the maple bronze was a better match but in the Noon sunlight, it's clear it's the Highland Bronze.

Almost final product.

I’m gonna have to get some 1/2” spacers to get the HE center caps to fit on the front. The 2018 LC wheel center cap fits slightly different.

I’m very happy with the results. My wife and I think it will look even better by wrapping the door guard and handles in black.
