I’ve searched and searched. In stripping down all the old garbage from PO this is the last thing and I can’t figure it out. Important or part of PO add one? Runs down to front of engine. I’m thinking old fog lights?

I'm confident it's not original equipment. I don't know what it is though.

Made in Canada? Oh, that can't be good.
Be sure to cut the correct wire, or the economies of the free world will collapse.

100% add on...port installed or PO installed is the question...seems PO installed but I'd hunt those wires down to see what they splice into.
