What do u need I just broke down 1968 f motor have all parts

I am 99 percent sure I have them I am at work now I should be home by 530 i will ckeck amd make sure before i say I do

68 had a F145 and did not have their rings that fit inside the connection of the intake maniflod and cylinder head.
