Looks like you have or had a leaky clutch master cylinder......ask me how I know!
That looks awesome, BTW. I need to add it to my list of thing to do.

Haha- no prenup but I will be living in this rig, she can have everything else.

Where you a week ago Mel? That thing is sweet. Would have made this whole thing alot easier.

I am preparing for the first mud/dirt run. I just keep slowly telling myself "It will just wash off, it will just wash off"

Sand comes off even easier, so be sure and bring her down for the oryster roast at the oct beach get together. lol Doc:D

I was going to mention that when I did the dynamat on the floor section, I also bought this stuff by dynamat called extremeliner. It's a great heat shield and I think it has some sound protection also. I just laid the (I think 24" x 36") sheet of extremeliner over the stick shift hump. It did wonders with keeping heat from the engine compartment out of the cabin. If you haven't gotten all of the carpet in, you may want to check it out! I know my stick shift hump would always heat up after a little bit of driving.

Looking good!

Looking Great! Can't wait to see this thing this weekend!! I wish I could get mine that clean. I had a chance when I had the tcase-transmission out to really clean the undercarraige, but couldn't find the time. That'll be a winter project (I hope!)

I doubled up the damplifier on both passenger and driver side trans humps. Drove it to work this morning and the difference is amazing. So quiet, I mean its still a 60, but I dont hear every knock and thud anymore, and no rattles (I put a piece of fabric by my keys also). I highly recommend doing the damplifier, it is not hard at all.

I feel blessed to have gotten such a clean frame. I find myself just staring at it. I am into the restoration and maintainence of all my toyotas and now the 60 feels done (well almost ;) ) Thanks for compliments, Next is headliner cleaning, and replacing sway bar bushings, but I have to wait until Cdan gets back into town. Does anyone have a rear wiper squirter they dont need?

Your vehicle is so clean we could have a party and serve food off that chasis! Wow! great looking ride. I wish my grey cruiser had half the beauty yours did...

you are a sick, sick man. i'm jealous.

No dang it

Wish I was but working and no relief. Have a great trip, be safe and take bunches of pic. By the way I bought a brand new FJ-60 in 1985 right off the truck from Japan. And yours is cleaner!!:cool::cool:Great job when I run into you at one of these events will drool all over the ground may even make a burnt offering to the cruiser god's Awesome just Awesome. See Ya:popcorn:

Not sure the bag itself on mine was toast, will check for the motor power parts and get back to you. Going to unhook mine; from past experience when I wanted to use it I really needed a fire hose not that little stream. If mine is ok it's yours I'll just have to check.

thanks doc. I really just need the the squirter to fill the hole in the rear hatch.

May be a day or two , pretty sure it's been removed hope it hasen't been trashed. Will check next week when I get near the rig. Currently in Newberry again!!! Today worked in Newberry Columbia and Greenwood. Road warrior. Bye for now.

Do you need the bag and the pump or the actual squirter tip?

Does anyone have a rear wiper squirter they dont need?

Did you find a good price on the Damplifier?

If you read Philos1 thread, he took his door panels off and put it inside his doorson top of everything you did. He said it made a huge improvement. I think he is V-8.

I just need the actual squirter tip.

I sourced about 20sq ft of damplifier from ebay and the other 60 sq ft from second skin. I have some left to do the doors, I was waiting until I got my stereo installed which is next week.
