Hello fellow Landcruiser MUDDERS! I am new to the FJ80 forum but am very interested in this great looking rig out in Norwalk.

What do you think? Too good to be true or worth looking at? If there are any Mudders close by, can you please check it out? I would seriously appreciate it. I am currently traveling on the road and won't be back until two weeks from now but I am in the hunt for one everyday!

Dude. If it was me. And again. I'm stressing if it was me. 3FE and not locked. Way over priced. Cool mods, but.......... Have you even driven a 3FE vs a 1FZ? If you haven't? You should. 91-92 are going for $2k-3k. Be patient unless this is what you're looking for.

Do consider there is about $2k in tires/wheels, the lift was maybe $1k and about $1k for the rear tire carrier. Add another $1k-ish for the rack and lights (maybe) and what you have is a 5-6k truck. Since its a 3FE, not locked and over 200k it should be about 2-3k less overall. Its not a bad looking truck overall though.
 
NLXTACY is spot on with his prcing. $9,900 is just stupid over priced. It's worth a little over 1/2 that. High miles, no lockers, 3FE, and no armor means it's no where near the asking price. Look close. It's a stock rear bumper with a bolt on tire carier up top. It might give the rig the "look" but not gonna do you any good on the trail.

Thank you so very much for the input, I really appreciate the knowledge everyone has given.

Point taken, get a 1FZ that has locks than a 3FE without locks if trail riding is what I want to do. Me being naive, I would have bought the thing on looks and thought it was a great price for camping if I didn't know about IH8MUD!

So thank you for my fellow Mud Brothers for educating me and looking out. Please, if any of you know of one locally, please IM me the link or post it on the thread. My budget is 10k max. I live in Santa Monica.
