I just wanted to let you guys know I moved back to Nj and am now working as a Service Writer at Team Toyota of Princeton. I’ll also be doing some side work.

All I do is talk to the customer and document the issues in a way that’s clear to the tech so the vehicle can be repaired correctly the first time.
