Ghey.

I like the free form reflector versions and they seem acceptable from the testing Mot did with the right hand drive version. The projector versions like you got just don't look right on the 80, it's plainly obvious they are not sytled into the design of the body. BUT whatever floats your boat, if you like them and they have an acceptable pattern then enjoy.

hey man if you like them that is all that matters... good for you! dont listen to the silly comments from others.

Cheaper than OEM

How was the install and fit with these? Are they made specificly for the LX450 or the Cruiser? I just ordered a pair on eBay (Zomk Speed) since they were a lot cheaper than ordering OEMs thru the dealer at over $500. Both of my headlights had bullit hole shaped chips in the glass lenses that let in water and rusted the reflectors. I read enough favorable reviews to convince me to take a risk on the projectors, --even if they were only temporary. The LX is slightly different shape than the LC with the upside down shape of the grill and I wonder if I will have to make some mods to get a good fit.

thats the main reason i went with these. I started to notice some water build up in one of my head lights. after some inspection i realized this truck must have been in a really light fender bender at some time becasue the light was broken in a few places as was the grill support turns out these lights fixed both the grill support and the lights. I will do a write up on these soon but as for now they work. havent used them at night yet. also there are some fit issues with my lx and Im may have to get a toyota grill as im not seeing this grill working.

I think they look really good. I'd like to see them in a black lx or cruiser.

Since you asked, just does not look right on a classic SUV body, possibly would look better if they were larger diameter lights. Basically looks like it's trying to be something it's not. That said, whatever floats your boat... :D

They don't look that bad. Hope they work/shiner brighter than stock.

Oh guy I am drooling like a dog every time I see those lights. Unfortunately I live a few thousand miles from the US and the sellers want $140 for shipping, which gives over $300 for the set. This is a lot of cash here (lots of people earn $250 per MONTH) but I will do anything to save up for these and I will show you what I will do to them. Just wait a few months. I already have $100, funny, huh?

But in my opinion a truck with those lights looks badass. Very cool

Would you want to attempt painting the stock headlights? I'm planning on cracking them apart and painting the non-parabolic face plate part black. I'll be sure to post a thread on it.

Are the lx and lc head light assemblies interchangeable? If so, why not order a set from C-Dan. Lot less than $500.
