Head gasket sealant?

Installing the heads back on my 3.0. I bought the MLS head gaskets.

Does anyone have an opinion on using a spray-on type sealant before installing the gaskets/heads? Something like the Permatex Copper...

Never used it.

I used copper coat on a FJ40 F head but when I did my 3.0 I did not. I don't think it's recommended on those heads.
