HDJ81 Injector nozzle source? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone out there know if I can acquire 1-HDT nozzles in the US? The shop I am looking at that has rebuilt 1-HDT injectors before said they have bought them from Toyota previously. After doing some calling around and searching forever online it doesn't seem that they can be sourced from Toyota in the US.

Anyone have ideas?

Probably not in the US, just purchase them overseas and have them sent here. I order parts from the middle east all the time.

Make absolute sure you get name brand nozzles, not Chinese ones. A friend of mine (Canada) ordered some 1HDT Denso nozzles from a place in Germany. They were excellent quality as expected, and arrived quickly. Price was reasonable too. I can get you the source info if you want.

I talked to Tom and I could see that he had a lot of knowledge on the subject. Right away he knew that they were Denso nozzles from Toyota used. He specified that they have done them before. They specialize in the two stage injectors and said they get two stage injectors to rebuild and calibrate all the time for Kubota engines on a daily basis.

Partsouq as well as Amayama are reputable sources for overseas stuff, I have had Jon Fox (Mud Member) rebuild mine locally, not sure where they got the nozzles but would imagine they are not that hard to find
