Iron Pig off-road makes the finest 3/16" steel sliders that are exact repro of the factory rocker profile, in my opinion the only right way to fix rusty rockers permanently and with function + style! Talked to Lance about buying a set, he won't make any more unless 5-6 folks sign up and commit to buying them, he doesn't turn a profit off these, just sells them for cost... so I would like to get a group buy thing going so we can have some of these produced.

Go check out the product, scroll down to the bottom, at only $190/set, they are very worth it!

Let's get some takers!

I got a bit o cash, i'm in for one set.

At this price it's just the steel rocker and not tha slider that sticks out?

Can he quote w/bars too?

I'm in whether the deal goes group or not. What's the timeline for finances? I need 30 days for full coinage.

If you guys haven't seen them you need to look them up. They are the best option (imo) for rockers/sliders. Top notch.

Sweeeet, this is looking good, thanks to all... I think he will be ready to roll. Now let's all follow through and not leave him holding the bag, if you're in please follow through!

Kaleb, got the PM. I'm in Orlando FL right now doing the Disney thing with the kids for spring break. I'll look into another run of these when I get back next week.

3jvj - We normally install the rock rail after we install the rocker here at IPOR so that we can ensure it's level with the ground. I can bend the HREW and send it with the rockers for you to notch and install.

Lance

Do we have a quote with bars too?

Any chance bars only??? Just wondering Thanks!

The bars are welded to the sliders and it's done after the sliders/rockers are installed.

Sound good L; have fun with mickey. :D

and thanks for the time donated to the piggies; it's greatly appreciated.

I have a set of these on my pig from the last run Lance did, and they are great. The one thing is that they are long enough to go all the way up to the front wheel (so you cut the front fender if you want to). Because I am not using them as sliders, I just cut them to length and slapped them on the existing metal. You will need to check to make sure that they line up well with the front fender if you go this way.

Glad to hear that more piggies have hope for new metal!

lance, can we just paypal the money, or do we need to call with cc?

Visa/MC are better, but if necessary I can do paypal. (I'll have to check to find out which account our paypal is under)

Let me confirm that I can do another run first.

Sweet , I'd be in for a set if it happens!

Thanks Lance, I really appreciate you helping us all out, you're facilitating a great cause!

Sorry guys, (and Heather! :)) I have been so buried in catch up work that I haven't followed up with the machine shop that stamps these for us. (our press won't do the 70" long piece)

I did call earlier this week and they still had the specs and original sample. I'm waiting to find out if they still have the custom die for the press that I had them make back when we did the initial run. If so they should be calling back with price/availability on 10 sets which I will pass on to you.

HTH,
