Hello,
I have been working on getting my hazard switch contacts cleaned up and lost one of the two springs that go underneath the contacts. I have an earlier wiper motor but based on photos it doesn’t appear to have that tension spring. I was wondering what other switches may have that spring or if someone wants to sell me one if you have a cheap spare switch for parts. Please let me know. Thanks

Here’s a picture of the spring

Most hardware stores have a spring assortment kit. Take yours there and match it as close as you can for diameters etc., you can cut it to length with good dykes or a Dremel tool with a cut off wheel.

Around here Ace Hardwares' usually have the best selection of stuff in drawers.
