This is the second time I've seen this posted on SOR. It was up in late 2005, looks like it didn't sell then (I think he was asking the same price).

Below is the response I got from the owner when I asked a bunch of the basic questions:

No offense taken, it is a 25 series. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner so it could burn unleaded. Original engine/transmission from when it first rolled out the factory back in late 1960. Don't remember the miles (I am in TX in the US Army...the truck is in Huntington Park, CA...center of 110, 710, 5, and 105). Tan. Pretty good condition. I spoke with Marv at Specter...he told me that I was out of luck trying to buy original body parts (25 series) since none where available. I had to buy the rear doors from an early model 40 series from Marv. I don't have any PICS at this time (lost them in Iraq...hard drive problems). I will be in LA 23 DEC 05. I can take PICS then. Like I told the other interested people, just let me know exactly what part of the vehicle you want special attention focused on and I'll be sure to snap the PICS.

I think I talked to him around the same time, I was wondering if he was able to sell it, apparently not. Not a bad price..............thought I had pictures. At least you can tell it has a t-bird and no stinkin bezel.
