ham antenna tuning at CMCC?

Anyone attending CMCC have the equipment and knowledge to properly SWR / test / tune 2m ham antennas?

Anyone know if CB antennas can be tuned for HAM after use/tuning for CB?

I got a K40 2' fiberglass whip antenna for my midland cb.

Yeah, the K40 is tunable to about 30 MHz, so you could use it on 10m, but it won't be very efficient at only 2ft long.

It'll be good for cb though without being tuned for ham?

Yes, it's a CB antenna so it'll be OK for CB. From what I hear, it works decent for a low profile antenna. If you tune it for ham (10M), it won't be good on CB frequencies (11M).
