There are no lights or leaks, either. Everything is working fine, just rather annoying. My shop said it looked like I somehow damaged the shock itself internally. I need to find one from a crashed car, as brand new ones are quite expensive.
What type of shock are you trying to pick up?

He makes slotted brackets that do alleviate some of the angle. I don't have the plates yet - but here are some pictures from when I installed them so you can compare. It's roughly a 2inch lift. I also have a slight clunk I'm trying to diagnose, but it was dead quiet when I first installed the suspension. Probably due to the few trips I had in between then and now.

Sorry ill take better angle pic when I get chance. 5his is all I found on my phone at moment. My kdss sway mounting points look okay to me, not too extreme of angle where the bushings are stressed too much

Yeah that doesn't look too bad. The other spot I would check is the main sway bar mounts to the KDSS ram/bar. Make sure the rubber bushing and entire ram assembly are pushed as close to the flange that's built into the swaybar as possible. If there's a gap, loosen those bolts slightly and push them using a rubber mallet over to the flange, then retighten on flat ground while the vehicle is at ride height. That helped alleviate some of my noise.
