It depends. Stiffer springs can help if your current springs are too soft for the vehicle’s loaded weight and you’re using too much travel or sitting low. But they won’t fix shock fade. If your current springs are already properly rated for the load, going stiffer will mostly make the daily ride harsher and may cause the suspension to skip or lose compliance over rough terrain.i’ll consider that. i didn’t even think of that as i thought the trail was fairly mild. but to your point 8 hrs is 8 hrs, and it was over 100 outside.
