It's a surreal panorama. I do not tire of driving through it. Just watch for the pronghorn. They sometimes run towards noise.

Also saw this fellow 460 owner at Guadalupe NP

Man I love a lifted but otherwise stock truck with KO2s....

As a weather nerd living in the tree-dense Northeast, I am super envious of how incredible that looks
Whenever we drive across midwestern/western states and see that, I always love how awesome it looks!

explored the Eastern Pawnee Grassland today. Good times. So much washboard I am an honorary Aussie.

In the North you can often catch BP eating lunch at Dairy Queen. Closest thing to fast food in Cook County Mn.

With all the crossings I did at the Southern border I don't recall ever seeing a snowmobile in the back of a pickup like the Northern one though :)

Went to the onX/Toyota Trail Revival and found a couple GXs. Had a blast! If you have one in your area I highly recommend signing up. And, we actually did quite a bit of wheeling.

Love the red interior! GX looks great.

(If anyone in the Northeast wants to swap their red interior for my Sepia, I'm 100000% game)
I got first dibbs!!!

Did a recon run to the Old Flowers Road was open. It wasn't. Grabbed some pics of Rist Canyon road.

I am jealous of all the great scenery from the last few days. Life has been too busy for a fun getaway the last few weeks, but I did manage to wash and ceramic coat (Turtle Wax Hybrid Finish) the Lexus. I also climbed underneath and used a wire brush and needle scaler to remove any trace of surface rust before coating in Rustoleum Rust Reformer and will follow that up with a baseline coating of Woolwax this weekend. @Hiluxforever, what size tires are you running? Those fill the wheel well nicely!

I was going to get skinny 35s but chickened out and got Yoko G003s in 285/75R17 which is 34.1x11.1 according to the spec sheet. So only .4" shorter than a "true 35"

Heard good things about those, and only 63.3# is reasonable for an M/T

Yup. A big pry-bar and my work boots helped get them on while sitting on a bucket.
