I do most of it, but I have a local shop that helps when beyond my skills or time. I do share the same sentiments, which is why I wish to get a new rig that I can travel in (and drop off the local shop to repair). I don't mind oil changes, filter swaps, or brake pads, but the rest is becoming more and more a pain and not fun any more.
