I've reserved #2 cabin for Thursday thru Sunday. I might come early but probably won't so if anyone wants it earlier then we can reserve that as well.
GSMTR is MAY 13-18. We have reserved a cabin from the 16-18 or thur-sun
Cabin is 800 for the 3 nights. The Club is donating 300 for the place and 200 for food and beverages. The rooms are first come first serve on reserving a bed. Idea being this will be the club hangout and a place where people can come to relax. All UC members even if they don't pay for the cabin. Do a UC dinner one night.
So basically there are 2 bedrooms and one pullout. Bedroom upstairs is reserved. There is one bedroom down stairs with 2 queen beds with a bunk on top of one.
Right now there are 4 beds open from thursday thru sunday. Cost is 100 for the whole time.
This is a first come first serve. If you want in now is the time to reserve. No backing out. If you cannot come you will be responsible for finding someone to take your place. I really don't see that as a problem though.
Just for the newbies. GSMTR has been the biggest Land Cruiser event this side of the mississippi. There will probably be over 200 vehicles there this year. So if you want to wheel and want to to see a ton of really cool vehicles this is the place. Also you don't have to stay at the cabin. They have camping on the other parts of the event area. This park in northeast Tn in on 72,000 acres and has thousands of trails from very mild to wild.
