Whats with the Moly & non-Moly grease??? I have used valvolene syn for years on all the zircs (dif car) with no issues. Stuff even says for U-Joints on it.
my understanding is that moly is sticky, and won't be as runny to leak out of the birf seals.
regular lithium probably works its way into the needle bearings better in everything else.

actually greasing is more important than what type of grease.

If you click on the "Datasheet" link on your link, you will find that it is a Polyurea based lubricant. Don't know which type, so it may or may not be compatible.

I use the Red-N-Tacky 2 on my wheel bearings and U-Joints. It is compatible with all my gear oils (when they mix) and I remain consistent on types I use.

I use Valvoline Palladium in my Birfs and my slip yokes on the DS. Also compatible with the gear oils I use.
Good eye! Still wish I had more info.

Running Redline 75w90 in diffs and x-case. I’ve also got some Valvoline Multi-Purpose grease, but also don’t know too much about it. I suppose I’ll keep hunting for a lithium based... looks like Red n Tacky might do the trick!

Is running moly based grease in your U-Joints an absolute no-go?

EDIT: As I was. I meant lithium

A "lithium" grease refers to the Lithium base complex grease which chemically holds onto or absorbs the lubricating oil which is the bulk of the grease. The lithium complex sorta holds it all together. Along with the lubricating oil may be additives (anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation) and other solid lubricants (like Molydenum Disulfide or Graphite for example).

So a "Moly" fortified grease means Molybdenum Disulfide has been added to the grease to provide extra protection, but that could
be in a Lithium, Aluminum, or Calcium complex. Key is to not mix different bases or complexes.

To answer the question above: some people have run Molybdenum Disulfide ("Moly") fortified Lithium base grease in their U-joints without issues. IIRC the rule is it's OK to use up to 5% Moly in the grease for wheel bearings. Valvoline Palladium with 3% Moly is approved for wheel bearings for example.

This talks about Lithium grease:
