I thought of Princess Auto first, and agree that they could be made to work... But by the time I buy 3-4 9" wide fenders, cut them down to 6", extend them to 18" high, prime, and paint it'll be $100+ and a days labour... I appreciate the input, but I'm just as well ordering an overpriced one.

I likely need to find a source for 54" of aluminum platform channel to replace the rear bumper/step. It's currently 7" wide with a hunk of bar welded at each end. The original was 10" wide... Both with round holes.

Checked with FORD, and found it has a couple outstanding recalls... Nothing scary, however, it means taking it the stealership.
Anyone have recommendations about which one will be the best in Victoria. I'm hoping they'll replace the recalled parts without hassles and even give me the functional Cam Position Sensor for a spare. Any mudders or friends working there?
