I've thought about racing mine too. You do SCCA or what?

Some SCCA, mostly DE's and lapping days for fun though. I've been an SCCA region officer for years though. SCCA can be fun, but they really have too many rules and restrictions for everything (insurance purposes).

A special thanks to C-Dan for helping me out with parts and for selling me Beowulf's blower. :)

I'm glad you got the blower Mike. Would you mind sending me back the thong? I miss that almost as much as the S/C.

(And for those of you that want to know the full story you'll have to do a search and I'm not giving you any hints this time.)

Sounds like an agenda topic for the next meeting.

Damn, I was hoping no one would ask that question. I'm the ultimate sell out, I made the mistake of driving a new Porsche Cayenne (non-turbo) and bought it. Probably $hit off-road, but I really have not been going there anyway. The darn thing handles like a sports car, carries all my stuff to the track and will tow 7,700 lbs.

The ultimate irony is my first track event of 2005 is in March and it will be with me using a Porsche to tow a Mazda Miata to the track.

Mike
