Hello everyone,
The 80 was sold today. It's bittersweet to see it go. We had a lot of fun wheeling through Big Bear, Gorman, Mojave Trail, Sierras, Nevada, Calico, Surf N Turf (starting with #2), etc. We also made a lot of great friends on those trail runs.

The Cruiser went to David Arnold aka DA95Cruzah. Please welcome him to the So Cal 80's. He looked quite happy pulliing out of my driveway this morning. My kids (Brian and Elise) were a bit dissapointed to see it go.

I haven't been on here in a while and I'm glad to see so many of the original gang posting new threads. I'll be checking in now and again as it's always great to see what's going on. Hopefully I will see you out on a trail in the Tacoma.

cheers,
David..
PS: Brent stay healthy!

David - first thanks for the wishes.

Second, sorry and happy the cruiser is gone from your family, but it sounds like the new owner is stoked as he should be. He's scored one very sweet cruiser.

Stay in touch my friend!

David Arnold - Mud Welcome :flipoff2: You have one sweet built truck sir!

David,

Congrats on selling it. Sorry I didn't get to see it when it was yours.

You're welcome to consult and/or help me build my '96 FZJ80. Been wanting to do that for years and can now hand down my built up FJ Cruiser to my son for college and his own adventures......

See you in "da hood"!

David,

I herd word on the street that the "silvercruiser" had been put in moth balls for some time. Sorry to hear the news but glad that your still in the yota family.

Hope to see ya at some point now that I'm back states side of the pacific.

-Matt
