Capacitors FAQ

Dimming lights can be solved by a close proximity Capacitor.
Anybody that has taken apart a tube TV can attest to the power of a Capacitor.
My truck has dual batteries, and I would still use a capacitor on this DC Ecosystem(?).
Capacitors are not to be confused with Ecto Cooler and Flux Capacitors.

The FAQ is a toned down version of the decades old mumbo jumbo.

Sadly even a big 3 Farad capacitor doesn't work as advertised.

The only reason headlights stop dimming, and headlight dimming is reduced in many cases, is because the capacitor acts as a voltage wall. It is because the amplifier is behind the capacitor that the capacitor acts as a buffer for the headlights and everything between the alternator and the capacitor, not the amplifier.

Vehicle warmed up, same audio track at same volume, same playtime, with and without a capacitor.....all the tests show peak and average voltage at the amplifier are LESS with a capacitor installed than without.

If they were sold as headlight buffers....I would support them 100%.
