I replaced my windshield today for $190. It included the glass and installed. The individual has done it for 30years or so. He also stated that his price will go up next year. I asked him how much it would be if he replaced mine in 2021 and his replay was $225. Still a remarkable price. I will attach his info. Happy New Year.

Did he follow the instructions per the Factory Service Manual and use the specified adhesive per Toyota?

If it was in the 40 I don't think anything other than glass and rubber goes in there.
