I've been looking for a deal on the T4 but always seemed to miss out. I checked REI and found a Northface Wawona 6 person for the same price as the T4 so I picked that up instead. Larger floor space and a vestibule is included. I know they won't be as easy to setup as the T4 but it will be a lot more space.

My previous REI Kingdom6 is 10.5 years old and has been a champ. The waterproofing tape is coming off the inside but it has been a stellar tent. The new version is not as nice and a lot more expensive.
