can you decide if your going to do this soon , i want to do my drawer/sub box in the spring . i will have to adjust the depth if so

Well.., I wouldn't count on it. This is just in the incubation phase. I'm trying to breathe life back into this issue since it stalled out in a previous thread. No one has agreed to take on the project yet, developed a fix, determine the cost, taken pre-orders etc, etc, etc...
 
Besides providing passenger comfort i would like to see the extension design allow the second row seats to fold up if one has the landtank front row seat extensions installed with chair full back.
 
Because of the way the rear seat is mounted, it will have to go up to go back. It looks to me like it could go back about 3" if it were raised a couple inches.

I sat in the rear seat to check head clearance (I'm 6'3") and it seems it could work to go up and back as the headliner also goes up about 2" right where my head is. If you were much taller than me I think your head would rub the headliner.
 
What about making a custom mount to install some sort of bucket seats? That would be pretty cool.
