Everyone got a pm, so I'll try not to call them out....yet! I do know some folks are out of town, camping, etc. We'll see how this week goes. At some point we'll draw a line in the sand.

@reevesci does an awesome job with those, and if you are looking for tailgate storage, that's the way to go. I had a lot of requests for a similar product, but the fact is that I see no room for improvement on his solution.

This, however, is a different product. But thanks for your opinion.

Totally agree, that's actually a picture of my cover from TT so from personal experience this is truly a totally different product, the TT cover is heavy and requires fabrication thats not for everyone. TrekboxX is offering an OEM replacement that is light and much more durable and will not require any fabrication. Given TrekboxX reputation I'm sure it will be flawless fit. If you are looking for a better than OEM snap in 10 mins product you cannot beat this. Also just a side note for everyone without hurting feelings its tacky to talk about other vendors product on a supporting vendor buy-in thread, I realize I'm breaking my own rule here but just for future... I'll let my self out now.

this coming Monday is 1 full work week and 2 weekends. If no payment by then they aren't planning on paying...
We'll put some pressure on- we need to spread the costs or this doesn't work. Shipping the Richlite is very expensive, and essentially the same whether you buy 1 sheet or 10. We can only get 6 covers per 5x10 sheet, and shipping on one sheet is around $230. If no one backs out we've got 15 Richlite customers, so we can split those costs (already built into price).

Unfortunately it's not the same thickness I use in my systems or I'd buy the extra anyways...

Email sent with order details - thanks and sorry for being slow. My 'Mud time is limited ever since they disabled tapatalk compatibility.

I'm very interested in a tan line-x one. What are these covers that you all have been talking about? I've read through all 12 pages and i'm a bit confused.

Some folks were interested in a padded cover. Gatorstep is off the table due to the fact that we need to get more interest to get decent prices, as well as the fact that it's durability for this application is questionable. So, I said I would make a prototype padded cover that would snap on to the hard cover for those interested. It will be black vinyl polyester, as seen in post 178. We are doing payment for the hard cover only now so we can get material ordered and start manufacturing them. In the meantime I'll show you guys a sample padded cover and if you want one you will just pay for it when we do the second payment for shipping.

I'll send you a pm with more info.

Hey guys! If you have bought my storage lid I really appreciate it. BUT, David's product is completely different and for a completely different demographic in mind. Please post your comments on my threads.

He has graciously linked me into HIS thread earlier on AND also suggested it as an alternative solution. So, let's stay focused on the product at hand.

David, while I can't control others posts, I apologize for them and the potential misdirection of yet another great Trekboxx product.
