I've never installed windows of any kind before and roped these in with some help from my Dad.

My question is after looking at these, there is a small gap in the same exact place (top forward facing corner towards front of truck) on both driver and passenger sides of the new windows after install. The gaskets fit properly in the interior and I confirmed I no longer have any water leakage. I'd really like to not pull these out and redo the install, but if there's a trick to getting these to fit better or if anyone has any advice or has done this swap before it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I also realized after Install the lower left corner towards the louver is supposed to tuck underneath it not over it..
All brand new OEM Toyota gaskets, louvers and strips.

I took pictures of the problem areas which are towards the front end of the truck and are almost identical on both sides after putting them in. The rest of the gasket gaps are pretty much perfect. I checked the glass and I believe it is as far forward as it can be in the gasket.

I just received all the parts to install fixed windows on my truck. This is useful info to note when I go to install them. Knowing if there is a trick to avoiding this fit-up issue would definitely be welcome!
I'm gonna have to take these out and try again to install. I'll re update this thread once I do lol..

Follow up to this. I installed the window seal 180 degrees opposite of how they're supposed to be installed. The fat lip goes on the top towards the driver... Installer error.
